Subscription & Billing

Questions about Pro plans, charges, or cancellation. All billing is managed through Apple — cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Restore Purchases

If your Pro access isn't showing, use the Restore Purchases button inside the app. If the issue persists, email us with your Support ID from app Settings.

Scan Issues

If a scan returns unexpected results or no comps, include what you scanned, your device model, iOS version, and a screenshot if helpful.

Data & Privacy

To request deletion of device-linked data, email privacy@compcaddy.app with your Support ID from app Settings → Privacy.

Before You Email

For faster support, please include:

  • Your device model and iOS version
  • App version (visible in Settings)
  • Your Support ID (Settings → Privacy → Support ID)
  • What you scanned — product barcode or grading certification number
  • A screenshot or screen recording if relevant

Refunds

CompCaddy subscriptions are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to issue refunds directly.
