1. About CompCaddy

CompCaddy is a mobile application operated by Rimal Labs LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). CompCaddy helps users scan product barcodes and graded card slabs to review estimated market pricing based on recent publicly available marketplace data and certification lookup data.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CompCaddy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

3. Not Financial or Investment Advice

CompCaddy provides estimated market and profitability information for convenience and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee resale value, profit, sell-through rate, marketplace availability, or the accuracy of any third-party pricing data.

Marketplace prices change in real time. Actual resale outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

• Card condition, centering, surface quality, and grader subjectivity
• Marketplace demand, buyer behavior, and platform fees
• Shipping costs, taxes, and seller fees
• Population report changes and market sentiment
• Timing of sale

You are solely responsible for all purchasing and reselling decisions. CompCaddy is a research tool, not a financial advisor.

4. No Affiliation with Third Parties

CompCaddy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any marketplace, grading company, payment platform, brand, manufacturer, or third-party data source whose information may appear in the app. All third-party names, trademarks, and data are the property of their respective owners.

CompCaddy uses publicly available marketplace and certification data to estimate resale value and profitability. Data may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, inaccurate, or changed after lookup. CompCaddy is an informational research tool only. Access to third-party data sources may change, become unavailable, or be limited without notice.

References to third-party marketplaces, grading companies, manufacturers, brands, or certification records are provided only to identify items, compare market activity, or display relevant research information. Such references do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or official data access.

5. Subscriptions

CompCaddy offers the following subscription plans:

• CompCaddy Pro Monthly — $14.99 per month
• CompCaddy Pro Annual — $119.99 per year

Subscriptions are billed through Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. To cancel, go to iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → CompCaddy.

Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to process refunds directly.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with advance notice. Price changes will not affect current billing cycles in progress.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use CompCaddy for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the app or its backend services
• Attempt to circumvent quota limits, subscription gates, or entitlement checks
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to CompCaddy

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rimal Labs LLC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of CompCaddy, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses from purchasing or reselling decisions made based on app data
• Inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed pricing information
• App downtime, errors, or data unavailability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of CompCaddy shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CompCaddy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any data will be accurate or current.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks within CompCaddy are the property of Rimal Labs LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from CompCaddy content without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Arizona.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of CompCaddy after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
